Circular Instruction on Bougainville State of Emergency
The Office of the Bougainville Chief Secretary has issued a Circular to all government department heads, business houses, education institutions, public servants, community governments and the general public in Bougainville of the 21-day State of Emergency in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville.
